Pate Design Group is a full service architectural and interior design firm that was founded in 1997. We provide design services for a wide variety of clientele throughout the Southeastern United States.
The firm was founded in response to a desire to maximize principal involvement in each project with a focus on exemplary customer service. We make every effort to build long-term success for our clients through superior service. It is good business to deliver a product to our customers in such a manner that we become integral team members in their future endeavours. By being good stewards of the resources our clients allocate to each project, our process has been very effective, generating repeat customers and expanded opportunities that have allowed our clients to focus on their business, while PDG creates spaces for them to thrive and grow.

Kirby E. Pate, AIA
Kirby Pate was born in Tennessee and raised in Atlanta, GA. Growing up in an architectural family influenced his desire to study architecture at Clemson University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Design and a Master of Architecture. His career began after a study abroad in Italy and move to Atlanta Ga. In 1997 Kirby founded Pate Design Group to inspire and serve clients with exceptional design and exceptional customer service. Kirby is licensed to practice across the southeastern United States as well as other jurisdictions upon request. He cherishes his family, faith, and friends and enjoys serving his community.
Callie Neiner, Senior Project Manager
Callie Neiner has served as the senior project manager for Pate Design group since 2017. Previously, she worked in commercial lighting with a manufacturer local to Atlanta. Callie graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing emphasis. Among many roles within PDG, Callie leads the interior design specification process and manages the project pipeline. Her business and marketing background along with effective communication skills are an integral part of the day-to-day operations of PDG.
